Quality Printing
All of our prints are made to order and are either printed onto 240gsm matt coated heavyweight art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-colour ink digital processes. The special formulation of the ink used combined with the great quality media means this print stays vibrant and vivid and prevents colour fade over time.
Sustainable Framing
Most customers choose to have their print framed by our in-house team who manufacture all our frames by hand to order. Options of black grain, white grain or honey oak woods are available from sustainable sources. Our framed art is glazed with crystal styrene for safety during transportation and in the home and to ensure longevity. Frames arrive ready to hang on the wall.
Secure Packaging
All of our A4 prints are packed into a clear cellobag with a reinforced backing card and are shipped in sturdy envelope. Larger prints are shipped rolled in robust tubes. Framed prints and canvases arrive shrink wrapped and packaged securely in a weather resistant reinforced cardboard wrap to arrive safely at your door ready to hang on the wall.
Speedy Shipping
UK framed orders are normally shipped within two days on overnight 24hr tracked courier service. A4 Prints are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at art@athenaart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
