Order Processing

All AthenaArt prints are produced to order and carefully prepared before dispatch.

For orders placed before 2pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day. However, due to order volume, this may not always be possible. In this case, we aim for dispatch within 2 working days.

Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.

UK Delivery

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

  • Free UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £59.00
  • Orders £58.99 and below are charged £4.99 delivery

Shipping methods may vary depending on the product ordered.

Typical services include:

  • Framed prints: Dispatched via a tracked 24-hour courier service once shipped
  • A4 prints: Sent using Royal Mail 1st Class post

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

International Shipping

AthenaArt ships worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping location and local customs processes.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Your Order

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our team immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Packaging & Transit

All prints are carefully packaged to protect them during transport. In rare cases, frames may experience minor movement due to temperature or humidity changes during transit. If this occurs, removing the protective wrapping and allowing the frame to rest upright in a warm, dry room for 24–48 hours will normally allow it to settle back into shape.
