Orders within the UK are shipped via UK Mail Tracked Delivery.
The exception to this are A4 Prints which are shipped via Royal Mail First Class and are eligible for a Next Day Tracked Delivery upgrade.

Print orders outside of the UK are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard and are eligible for a Tracked & Signed upgrade.
Framed international items are shipped via DHL.

Expected delivery time for the UK is 1-2 days.
Expected delivery time for European countries is 4-5 days.
Expected delivery time for International orders is 5-7 days.

Materials

Our prints are made to order and are either printed onto 240gsm matt coated heavyweight art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-colour ink digital processes. The special formulation of the ink used combined with the great quality media means this print stays vibrant and vivid and prevents colour fade over time.

Sustainability

Most customers choose to have their print framed by our in-house team, who handcraft each frame to order. Choose from black grain, white grain, or honey oak finishes - all made using responsibly sourced materials. Each frame is glazed with crystal styrene for safe transport and long-lasting clarity, and arrives ready to hang.

Packaging

A4 prints are packed into a clear cellobag with a reinforced backing card and are shipped in sturdy envelope. Larger prints are shipped rolled in robust tubes. Framed prints and canvases arrive shrink wrapped and packaged securely in a weather resistant reinforced cardboard wrap to arrive safely at your door ready to hang on the wall.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the next working day. All UK framed orders are shipped via a 24-hour tracked and signed DPD service. A4 print-only orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. International framed orders are shipped with DPD, while international print-only orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Delivery times for overseas orders may vary by destination.
